  • How do I order a rental cabin?
    You can order your rental cabin through our website. Click here to fill out and submit your Quote Request Form online.
  • How will my cabin be delivered?
    We deliver our rental cabins on a custom-built tipping trailer or on a Hiab truck. This allows us to deliver your cabin in very tight spaces.
  • Can I use my house electricity to power the cabin?
    Yes, our cabins come with an extension lead that can be plugged directly into one of your household power points.
  • Do we need a council permit for the cabin?
    No. Our cabins are less than 30sqm, transportable and have no water connections. This means that our cabins do not require a permit.
  • Is there a minimum hire period?
    6 months is the minimum hire period.
  • Do you provide WINZ quotes?
    Yes we can, our rental cabin and WINZ approved. We can provide you with a WINZ quote and assist you through the booking process. If you're entitled to a Work and Income accommodation supplement, you may be able to use this supplement to hire one of our cabins.
  • Are the cabins double glazed?
    Yes
  • Will I need steps to get into my cabin?
    No, our cabins are built on skids attached to a steel frame base, not on wheels. This eliminates the need for a big step to get into the cabin and provides a more stable platform.
  • What locations do you cover?
    Bay of Plenty, Waikato, Auckland and few surrounding areas.
  • Do I need to pay a bond?
    Yes, there is a $250.00 bond per cabin.
  • Do the cabins have windows?
    Yes, all of our rental cabins have double glazed windows.
  • How do I get a cabin through WINZ?
    To find out if you can use your Work and Income accommodation supplement to rent one of our WINZ approved cabins, you simply need to complete a Quote Request Form online, include your photo ID, current living address details and written consent from the legal landowner of the proposed site of your cabin. A simple an easy booking process.
  • Can you put a cabin on a rental property?
    Can you put a cabin on a rental? Yes, if you are in a rental property you will need to obtain consent from the legal landowner/landlord. The sleepout or cabin must be associated with the main dwelling where sanitary facilities are available.
